Carbon 11 was founded by Jason Wilkinson, a technology executive with experience in CIO and CTO leadership, technology strategy, and complex program delivery. He approaches leadership with curiosity: understanding the organization, its people, its objectives, and the obstacles standing in the way.
His strength lies in connecting perspectives—recognizing relationships across business functions, translating between executives and technical teams, and bringing clarity to complicated situations. He believes effective leadership is built on trust: listening carefully, communicating plainly, challenging assumptions respectfully, and following through.
